Description

A metal instrument with black handles and rectangular plier ends with a track on one side into which several metal blocks with needles can be attached. The needles form numbers. The needles are pressed against what seems to be a rubber covering. The top is marked, "C.H. Dana Co. Inc. Hyde Park, Vermont".
