Attached to this is a short yellow ribbon with LADIES OF THE G.A.R. stamped in gold lettering. at the bottom of this hangs a bronze round medal with a star on top of a wreath and a circle in the center reading LADIES OF THE GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC 1886
