Description

Bronze medal molded with the Vermont state seal on one side. The seal is surmounted by a drafting compass and the date 1791 is at the center bottom. The inscription, "GRAND LODGE OF VERMONT, F.&A.M. / ANTIQUIOR MONTIBUS EST VERITAS" rings the edge. The other side is molded with the words, "THE 14TH STATE 1791" in the center and "1776 VERMONT 1976 A WAY OF LIFE FOR THOSE WHO CARE" around the edge.
