Context

Earned by Herbert P. Holbrook who was a class A ski jumper and olympic cross-country skier. He was an alumnus of the Austine School for the Deaf, and admitted to the AAAD (American Athletic Association for the Deaf) in 1964, when he also made the New York Times News twice that year.
