Description

Metal framed eyeglasses with darkly tinted oval lenses. The temples are heavy gauge wire that curve downward to curl around the wearer's ear. They are accompanied by a sheath-style leather case that is embossed with the label, "[illeg.] Hanson, M.D. BARRE, VERMONT Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat GLASSES FITTED". The first word of the label is obscured by the remnants of a partially-removed paper sticker. The word "These" is visible on the sticker.
