Description

Military ribbon consisting of a bar, ribbon, and pendant. The rectangular bar has a pin on the back, and blue enamel within a brass frame on the front. The ribbon is blue silk (poor condition). The pendant is in the shape of a cross with the words, "H.W. Spafford. 4th. Vt. Infy." engraved across the center.
