Description

Small round medal with a profile bust of George Washington on one side and a bust of Grover Cleveland on the other. The Washington side bears the inscription, "THE CONSTITUTION ADOPTED SEPT. 1787". The Cleveland side bears the inscription, "CONSITUTION CENTENNIAL SEPT. 1887". There is a hole at the center top of the medal through which a red silk ribbon has been tied. A black safety pin is attached to the ribbon.
