Description

White cotton petticoat. The skirt is gathered to a narrow waistband that secures in the center back with a button. There is an 8-inch wide flounce at the bottom of the petticoat, edged in 3-1/3-inch wide crocheted lace in a grape pattern. Above the flounce are 11 horizontal tucks of the same width, and one larger tuck (at the top).
