Felt bust of a woman. The face is artistically structured with a distinct seam beneath the eyebrows and needle-felting lines along the sides of the nose to the bottom of the chin. The felt is painted to resemble white skin, with pink lips and brown eyebrows. Eyes are created with blue sequins as irises and lacquered embroidery thread as eyelashes. The figure has blond hair made of thread. The body is covered in a partial garment made of white cotton with a surplice neckline.
The bust is wearing a headdress consisting of a shaped, white wimple sitting on the back half of the head with a black velvet tail. The front of the cap is edged in gold braid and the highest edge is decorated with gold beads. The cap ties underneath the figure's chin.
The bust is inserted into a Styrofoam base with two metal wires. The base has a paper label that reads, “#25 1908"Use
