Description

Soft-bodied black doll with a hard molded head. The body and head of the doll are covered in black plain-woven fabric, and the eyes and red mouth are painted on. The hair is made from loops of black yarn attached to the head with glue. The limbs are stitched to the body with thick, white string, allowing them some flexibility. There is a fabric tag attached to the lower back that reads, "THE DOLL HOUSE / R. F. D. 3, MONTPELIER RD. / BARRE, VERMONT".
