11 hand-painted buttons. The buttons are painted with two designs: one shows small blue flowers and the other shows pink roses. There are 3 large buttons and 8 small buttons. 2 of the large buttons have the rose design, and 1 has the blue flower design. There are 4 of each design in the small buttons.
