Uncut sewing pattern. The envelope shows an illustration of a woman in a voluminous 1860s-style blue-and-purple plaid dress. At her feet is a small illustration of another woman in the same dress, but in pink. In the upper right are illustrations of bloomers and a petticoat. The left side is labeled, "Simplicity Printed Pattern 65c". Contained inside are two pages of instructions and multiple large sheets of tissue with the printed pattern pieces.
