Green varsity letter in the shape of an M with a bullhorn behind it. The patch consists of a green looped pile fabric appliqued onto white felt. The outlines of the letter and bullhorn are accented with white embroidery in a chain stitch. The word, "Sandra", is handwritten with ink on the back.
