Made for the unsuccessful gubernatorial campaign of Cornelius "Con" Hogan in 2002. He ran as an independent, having previously identified as a Republican. The Republican candidate and eventual winner was Jim Douglas with 103,436 votes. The Democrat, Doug Racine, received 97,565 votes and Hogan received 22,353.Acquisition
