Context

Made for the campaign of Jane Daley Mendicino for Secretary of State in 1994. She ran in the Republican primary and lost to Jim Milne who went on to win the election, defeating Democrat Don Hooper. Jane Mendicino of Essex Junction served four terms in the Vermont House of Representatives before her run for Secretary of State. She was first elected in 1986.
