Made for the successful campaign of Democrat Don Hooper for Secretary of State in 1992. Hooper, of Brookfield, Vermont, had previously served four terms in the in the Vermont House of Representatives for four terms. He ran for re-election in 1994, but lost to Republican Jim Milne.
