There may have been a student art competition to design a pin for the state's bicentennial celebration in 1991. No information was found about Nathan Michell, the student artist tagged on the pin. Ward Five School, located on Humbert Street, closed when the city consolidated its seven neighborhood elementary schools into one elementary and middle school in 1995.Acquisition
