Small rectangular sampler with brown and green embroidery. The sampler has two marking alphabets, the first in cross stitches and the second in eyelet stitches. Between the two alphabets is the inscription, "IRENE RICE| ABR|IR.SR.CR|WOODSTOCK OCTOBER 18011".
