Description

Blue satin-woven silk ribbon printed in gold with an image of a monument. The monument consists of a man wearing a Civil War uniform standing on a plinth. The date 1899 is above the monument. Within a circle below the monument is the inscription, "13th Vt. GETTYSBURG JULY, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 1863." The inscription is ringed by the words, "1st CORPS, 3rd DIVISION. ARMY OF THE POTOMAC."
