Metal membership badge consisting of an upper bar and cross-shaped medallion. The upper bar is molded with the words, "LONG SERVICE" on the front and has a long, hinged pin on the back. The medallion hangs from the center of the bar by an eye ring. At the center of the cross shaped medallion is a circle with the words "GRAND COMMANDERY OF VERMONT" encircling another cross and a crown.
