Unopened paper-wrapped pouch. The pouch is labeled, "ACCESSORY PACKET Cigarettes . Matches . Toilet Paper . Gum . Water Purification Tablet PACKED BY CHAARD LABORATORIES, INC. LANSING, MICHIGAN." The back of the pouch has the inscription, "NOTICE; MOSQUITO BITES CAUSE MALARIA" and "INSTRUCTION FOR THE USE OF WATER PURIFICATION TABLETS". Each inscription is followed by further instructions.
