Commemorative medal showing a bust portrait of George Washington on the obverse and a house on the reverse. The obverse is inscribed, "GEORGE WASHIONGTON BICENTENNIAL 1732 1932". The reverse is inscribed, "WASHINGTON'S BIRTHPLACE WAKEFIELD (AS RESTORED) AT POPE'S CREEK POTOMAC RIVER WESTMORELAND COUNTY VIRGINIA". There is a red-white-and-blue silk ribbon (now deteriorated) strung through a hole at the center top.
