1973.1.31Description
Puzzle game called "Sliced Animals" with its original box (now flattened). The box is printed with the title along with an image of two lions. The pieces combine to form several disparate puzzles rather than one large puzzle. Each piece is a rectangle containing a horizontal portion of an animal illustration along with a letter from the animal's name. When arranged correctly, the pieces form the illustration with the correctly spelled name along the left edge. The animals formed are cow, dog, giraffe, zebra, horse, tiger, camel, bear, rat, deer, sheep, buffalo, lion, goat, fox, and wolf. The back of the box is printed with a guide image showing all the completed animals, along with rules for making it into a game.Context
