Description

A royal blue ribbon with a gold tassle on the pointed tip and a gold braid at the top. The ribbon has a cardboard badge glue to it with the image of a GAR medal – eagle at the top, flag ribbon and a five-pointed star. The blue ribbon has the following words printed in gold: "Delegate, Department of Vermont G.A.R., 20th annual encampment, St. Albans, Vt., 1887."
