Description

Membership ribbon consisting of a bar, ribbon, and medallion. The bar is molded into the shape of an eagle over an angel. A small round medallion hangs from the bar and is molded with a seal and the words "CITY OF CHICAGO INCORPORATED 1837". The ribbon is gold. A large gold medallion hangs from the ribbon and molded into the shape of a 5-pointed star with the GAR seal at the center. Layered beneath the star are the initials, "GAR", and crossed flags with the words, "34TH NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT".
