Rectangular flag consisting of a blue ground with 48 white, five-pointed stars. One edge is bound in white cotton with metal grommets in the corners. One of the corner stars is replaced, with three lines of topstitching holding the patch in place. A stamp on the edge binding reads, "VALLEY FORGE BUNTING FLAG" and "DETTRAS FLAG PRODUCTS".
