Description

Membership ribbon consisting of a bar, ribbon, and medallion. The bar is molded with a large building and the words, "PHILADELPHIA / MEMBER". The ribbon is woven in red, white, blue, and yellow. The medallion consists two parts: a bar molded and enameled with the inscription, "SEPT / GAR / 1899", and a hanging medallion in the shape of an eagle and cross flags with the inscription, "33RD NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT".
