Decoratively titled and handwritten copy of the Declaration of Independence. The title is written at the top in a combination of large serifed letters and cursive script, surrounding an ink drawing of a federal eagle and two 6-pointed stars. The text is written in small, cursive script on graphite ruled lines filling the rest of the paper. A diagonal stripe is formed from the top left corner of the text to the bottom right corner by orienting the letters to the left.
