Pen-and-ink drawing colored with watercolors showing a man [George Washington] sitting on a horse. The man has curly white hair and is raising one arm to hold his bicorn hat slightly above his head. He is wearing a long, blue military coat with buff lapels, a white vest, buff breeches, and black, knee-high boots. The saddle and blanket are maroon with yellow tassels. The horse is grey with a buff-colored bridle. The image is encircled by diamond-shaped stamps in pale blue and pink watercolor, with stamped lines and stars added to the top quarter of the circle.
