He is wearing a long, blue military coat with buff lapels, a white vest, buff breeches, and black, knee-high boots. The saddle and blanket are maroon with yellow tassels. The horse is grey with a buff-colored bridle. The image is encircled by diamond-shaped stamps in pale blue and pink watercolor, with stamped lines and stars added to the top quarter of the circle. Above the circle is inked title, "Our Favorite, Gen. Geo Washington," surrounded by stamped stars.
