White cotton t-shirt, printed on the front in black and blue with an illustration of people walking through floodwater. The illustration is done in a comic style. The bottom half of the illustration is shaded blue. There is a woman at the center holding a grocery bag out of the water and holding the hand of a child who is submerged in the water up to his nose. There is a dog swimming near the child and a duck swimming near the dog. There is a child on a inflatable raft at the bottom left. There is a man’s head sticking out of the water at the bottom right who is reading the top of a newspaper that is otherwise submerged. He is in front of a submerged car near a parking meter. A brick building in the back has a sign that reads “CHEAP FUEL OIL BRING A BUCKET!” The words “ON YOUR NEXT FLOATING HOLIDAY VISIT MONTPELIER” span the top, and the word Montpelier is in large letters that are shaded halfway to appear flooded.
