Pencil drawing of a large, 2-story brick structure. It has 4 bays on the side and 3 on the front, with a center doorway. There is a diamond-shaped window at the center peak of the front wall, and a chimney at the center peak of the back. The back is inscribed with the handwritten note, "Sketch of the Building erected for First Teacher Training Institution in America Established early March 1823 and occupied this Building in the following fall."
