Description

Bronze coin with a hole drilled through it near the edge. One side is molded with a profile bust of a woman surrounded by stars and the date 1818. The word "BARREB" is stamped onto the surface. The other side is very worn but shows remnants of a laurel wreath and the words, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".

Context

This coin may be a souvenir of Barre, with an extra B stamped at the end of the word.
