Description

This hand knit toque is made in patterned stripes of bright colors with ear flaps. It is in reds, greens, tans, blues, golds, and hot pink. It is knit in the round. Two paper labels are affixed onto one side and read, "Pattern of a Scotch Toque of the late years of 1700 made by Rhoda Brown Potter- 1861 or 68 - Rhoda was a womans born with but one hand Property of Mary C. Westcott."
