Pleating board consisting of a wooden tray set with removable metal bands. The tray is lined with cotton beneath the bands. It is accompanied by an extra metal band, and 2 wooden bands. The back of the tray has a paper label that reads, "Directions for Using the Improved Paris Plaiter." followed by complete instructions.
