ALL PAID IN." are oriented vertically on the left edge beside a picture of a man sitting beneath a tree. It has the inscription, "No. INCORPORATED 1849. [1155] / THE HYDEVILLE COMPANY, HYDEVILLE, VT / October 1st, 1862 Willi pay the Bearer of this Check TWENTY FIVE CENTS in currency when presented in sums of even Dollars. [Pitt W. Hyde] Treas. [A. N.
