The label "501st LEGION" is at the top, and the label "GREEN MOUNTAIN SQUAD" is at the bottom on a green scroll. The back is coated with a thin plastic film (heat-activated adhesive).

Produced by the 501st Legion, Green Mountain Squad. The 501st Legion is a cosplay group that builds and wears screen-accurate replica costumes from the Star Wars franchise. This patch was designed to mimic the Green Mountain Boys patch used by the Vermont Air National Guard.
