Description

Rectangular cardboard card printed in black with an illustration of a man and two children on a walking path by the ocean. The man hold a large collection of round balloons attached to a stick. Each child holds a couple balloons, and a small dog holds a balloon in its mouth. Several round holes are punched through the card, replacing many of the balloons.
