Large lead medal molded on one side with a right-facing bust of a bearded man. The man has no hair on the top of his head, and is wearing a suit and bowtie. The inscription, "GEORGE FRANKLIN EDMUNDS" spans the top, and the dates 1828 and 1919 flank the bust. The reverse is blank.
