Hand-colored print showing a long, 3-story brick building in a flat landscape. The building has a 3-bay central facade, flanked by 3 additions on each side (2 4-bay, and 1 3-bay each). There are several chimneys along the roofline, each placed in pairs. The center of the roof has a large, round cupola. There is a short fence running horizontally across the center of the composition in front of the building. There are two dirt paths in the foreground, one crossing horizontally, and the other running from the bottom right corner to the left side of the building. There is an arch at the end of the latter path. There are small, young trees dotting the landscape.
