Plaster sculpture of a greyhound. He is shown standing, with his attention forward, and his tail pointed downward. An iron rod extends from the base into the dog's chest. The body of the dog is lean and muscular, and ribs can be seen. The dog's legs are lean, and it is in a relaxed standing position. Between its hind legs is a thin tale, splintering at the end. The base has three descending levels. Both the base and the dog are covered in scratches, presumably from an artists tool.Artwork Details
