Rectangular nylon flag with white text on a black ground. The text reads "BLACK LIVES MATTER" with the center word in black on a white rectangle. The left edge of the flag is banded with white nylon with a metal grommet on the bottom left corner and a torn hole on the top left corner. (Per donor: the grommet was ripped out when lower the flag from the pole.)
