Tiny tradition Scottish suit for a paper doll. The suit consists of a purple top, a kilt, plaid scarf and stockings, and a fur pouch. The right hand is holding a long sword.

Context

Charles Stratton, who performed under the name General Tom Thumb, was a dwarf who became famous as a performer in P. T. Barnum's circus. Stratton was photographed in this costume in 1862.
