Description

Children's pantaloons. They are cream-colored with a slightly gathered waist and an opening on each side. There are eyelet openings in the waistband, but no buttons. Each leg has narrow, horizontal pleats, a band of tatted lace, another strip of pleated material and a tatted lace edge.
