Masonic coin. The round coin is printed, "ONE PENNY" in the center of one side and "GRANITE CHAPTER NO. 26, R.A.M. / BARRE, VERMONT" and "INSTITUTED / 1892" around the edges. The other side reads "HTWSSTKS" in a circle at the center with the Masonic keystone with a hammer and chisel on either side. The abbreviation stands for "Hiram, Tyrian, Widow's Son, Sent to King Solomon" signifying loyalty in Masonic teachings.
