Square white ceramic tile printed on the front with an image of a granite quarry surrounded by the words, "BARRE VERMONT / HERITAGE FESTIVAL INC." in a circle. The bottom of the image is labeled "1780-1970". The tile is backed with a thin layer of cork, and there is a metal eyelet at the center top.
