Two-sided semi-circular paper doll arms. One side shows long white gloves and a bouquet of pink roses and white flowers. The other shows long white gloves and bouquet of orange blossoms. Both sides are labeled, "For Additional Copy of AYER'S DOLL BRIDE MAILED TO ANY ADDRESS ON RECEIPT OF 12 CENTS IN STAMPS, by Dr. J.C. AYER & Co., Lowell, Mass., U.S.A."
