Description

Long, yellow satin-woven silk ribbon printed with an image of two men leaning on a monument and the inscription, "16th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT G.A.R. BALTIMORE 1882". There is a five-pointed star made of gold sequins and springs and a short pink ribbon printed with the word, "VERMONT". There is a gold tassel hanging from the bottom of the pink ribbon, and gold fring at the bottom of the yellow ribbon.
