Croquet set consisting of 4 mallets, 2 balls, 2 pegs, 9 hoops, and a cardboard box with lid. The mallets have long wooden dowels as handles and painted heads (blue, green, red, orange). The balls are painted blue and green. The pegs are turned and have one flat side, to be able to rest on a flat surface. They are painted red and green. The hoops are made of metal wire bent in two place, with the ends inserted into green-painted semicircular bases. The box lid is printed with an illustration of a pile of croquet mallets with the inscription, "PARLOR CROQUET SET" across the top. The inside of the lid is printed with rules for playing in and outdoor croquet.Context
