Bicentennial, the top right has the words "Freedom and Unity", and the bottom right shows the Statehouse. The reverse is marked with the manufacturer's copyright, their strike, a proof mark of 2500 buckles (1991 Limited Edition), a statement concerning the design, a licensing statement, and the number 900382.
