Description

Large salt-glazed stoneware plate painted with the blue inscription, "EAST MONTPELIER VERMONT 1849.1999", and an simplistic painted of three flowers in the center. The border is painted with diagonal lines. The bottom is stamped, "Made in East Montpelier Vermont by Thistle Hill Pottery", and painted with a stick figure.

Made by Thistle Hill Pottery in East Montpelier, Vermont, to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of East Montpelier, Vermont.
